Service Results

Carpet cleaning results vary based on several factors including carpet age, fiber type, carpet condition, stain type, and how long stains have been present. While we strive for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, spots, or odors.

Older carpets, carpets with pre-existing damage, or heavily soiled carpets may not respond to cleaning as well as newer or well-maintained carpets. Some stains - including but not limited to bleach spots, dye stains, pet urine that has reached the carpet backing or subfloor, and certain chemical stains - may be permanent.

Drying Times

Drying times vary based on carpet type, humidity levels, air circulation, and weather conditions. We use hot water extraction methods and take steps to minimize moisture, but we cannot guarantee specific drying times. Typical drying ranges from 4 to 24 hours depending on conditions.

To speed drying, we recommend using fans, opening windows when weather permits, and running air conditioning or heating systems.

Cleaning Solutions

Our cleaning solutions are safe for families and pets when used as directed. We recommend keeping children and pets off freshly cleaned carpets until fully dry.

Customer Responsibilities

To prepare for your cleaning appointment, we ask that customers:

• Vacuum carpets before our arrival
• Remove small items, breakables, and valuables from the areas to be cleaned
• Inform us of any known carpet issues, repairs, or areas of concern
• Notify us of any carpet material or fiber type if known
• Secure pets during the cleaning service
• Ensure clear access to the areas being cleaned

Liability Limitations

GO Carpet Cleaning Atlanta is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing carpet damage, wear, tears, or defects
• Color fading or bleeding on older, worn, or improperly dyed carpets
• Carpet seams that separate due to age or improper installation
• Damage to carpet padding or subfloor from pre-existing water damage or pet urine
• Items left on or under carpets during cleaning
• Stains that reappear due to wicking from carpet backing or padding
• Furniture indentations or marks

If you have concerns about your carpet's colorfastness or condition, please discuss this with us before service begins.

Pricing and Estimates

Estimates are provided based on information given at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary if actual conditions differ from what was described - for example, if the space is larger than estimated, if there are additional stains requiring treatment, or if the carpet requires extra attention due to heavy soiling.

We will communicate any pricing adjustments before proceeding with additional work.

Scheduling and Access

While we make every effort to arrive within scheduled appointment windows, arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior appointments running longer than expected. We will contact you if we anticipate any significant delays.

For high-rise apartments and condos, please ensure we have necessary building access, parking information, and elevator availability.

Service Area

We service the metro Atlanta area including Buckhead, Midtown, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, Decatur, and surrounding neighborhoods. Service minimums apply - $150 for houses, $250 for apartments and condos.
