Yes. Please check with your building management. Reserving a service elevator window ensures we can load in and out efficiently without delays.
We need clearance for a standard cargo van. If your building has a loading dock, please arrange access. If street parking is the only option, please let us know in advance.
Most Midtown high-rise units dry within 6-12 hours. In sealed condos or on very humid days it can take up to 24 hours. We will recommend using your HVAC fan and ceiling fans to help everything dry as quickly as possible.
