We keep it simple. An "Area" is a standard room up to 200 sq ft (about 14x14 feet).
High-rise buildings, apartments above the 2nd floor, and multi-story townhomes require special equipment logistics. The $250 minimum covers the extra time for parking decks, elevators, long walks, and setting up portable units. Includes 2 rooms plus a hallway or closet.
Start with the minimum ($150 for houses, $250 for apartments). Then simply add $75 for each additional room or staircase. Add $40 for hallways or closets. Upholstery and Mattresses are priced per item as listed above.
Our prices assume normal soil conditions. Heavy soil, severe stains, or extensive pet damage may require additional treatment steps. We will always assess the situation and discuss any extra costs with you BEFORE doing the work.
No! Pet treatment ($40-70) handles both stains and odors specifically from pets. The Premium Scent Finish ($35) is just for a fresh scent in non-pet areas. If you have pet issues, skip the deodorizer and get the pet treatment.
We understand plans change. Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the spot to another customer. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
